On April 1st I visited the location on Schillinger Rd. and attempted to purchase a single car wash. I was told by the kid working that they were having a special promotion that day and that I could receive a month of free washes for the price of one if I purchased the highest level wash option rather than a basic wash. I should've known this was too good to be true but unfortunately I agreed to it. Nothing was said about a membership or recurring/monthly fee. I never agreed to such. I never signed anything. I was given no sticker, pamphlet, or membership information of any kind. I was only given a receipt for the $44.95 wash and told to keep it in my center console in case any issues arose with my "free washes" the rest of the month. Fast forward to mid-July when I learned I had been charged $44.95 for 3 months in a row despite never getting my car washed during this time. I called the listed number numerous times and was never able to reach anyone. The recording just says to go to their website. I went on the website and filled out the "request membership cancelation" form and explained everything as I have here. I never received a confirmation that anything was canceled and never

The chubby dark colored hair boy was very rude to me. the service I got today has never been like this .it is very upsetting because when I usually come it’s all smiles and jolly but not today. I hope next time it is better.

Great experience!! This was my first time visiting this car wash. The workers are great. one of the young ladies arby or aubrey I think was very helpful .she help with cleaning my rubber mats and dried them for me and also a free air freshener. I highly recommend this car wash☺️👍🏼!!

First time customer but I bought the big tuna and I am definitely coming back. Jessica the manager made sure I left with a smile. She even gave me an air freshener for free and answered my questions about the graphene. My kids loved the employee dressed as the grinch too. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been a loyal member of this car wash for over four years, but after my recent experience, I will never return. I brought in a brand-new vehicle I had just purchased from a BMW dealer, and during the wash their equipment damaged my windshield wipers, which then caused my windshield to crack. When I went inside to report what happened, the front desk lady refused to give me any contact information for the owner and wouldn’t even pass the message along. Instead, she immediately said, “It’s not our fault,” without inspecting anything or offering help. The lack of accountability, customer service, and basic professionalism was unbelievable. After four years of paying for a membership, this is how they treat their customers. Extremely disappointed and I do not recommend this place to anyone. I also cancelled my membership with them for me and my Husband’s car
